I just got mail from the college saying that I just need to go in for placement testing and I'll be good.
I don't know why I gotta take these placement tests, I mean its kind of retarded but I guess it's there for a reason, whatever.
So, I got reminded of this wonderful game called Shadow of the Colossus. It's a fantastic game if you haven't heard of it, and I immediately implore you to play it, when you can.
In other news, I rule.

My father found a lost iPod, and we have no idea's who's it is, so I did a little poking around.
I went on the apple website, and typed in the serial number to find it wasn't under warranty and it wasn't registered either, and the iPod looks brand new, with no scratches, so maybe the person didn't have enough time to do anything with it, but there's music on it, but no pictures.
So I can't really do anything. But if anyone has any ideas they are more than welcome to suggest any.

For Assassins Creed? Absolutely. That much I'll say at least before you read this, this is a review, and will most likely contain spoilers so read at your own discretion.
Now, I've been wanting to do this review for a long time now, and I still haven't beaten the game 100%, so forgive me on that part. I'll just have a little paragraph telling you a little bit about the game.
Ubisoft decided to make a game that would astonish the E3 people, and it did. With its trailer it looked a little good, but ordinary for me. Then a couple months later they had a demo, and the demo was what thrilled me, it wasn't an ordinary kill everyone game, you could run and grab onto objects and swing through them, climb huge buildings, it looked great! That's pretty much the whole game, and you go killing people and completing missions, its a good 2-5 day game.
What It Is.
Creed gives you a whole new level of freedom, and it's a pretty unique game. You can quite literally blend in with your surroundings, leap from building to building, spy on people, and run in every way you can imagine.
How It Works.
The creators of the game decided to just let people run freely, and that's completely what they gave us. You simple just hold the "socially unacceptable" button, yes it sounds stupid, and you run around doing whatever you want. It's simple most of the time, but sometimes it's a little hard to get what you want Altair to do for you.
My Experience.
There's one thing I don't like about this game, and that is the hardware requirement. I have an ATI X1600, which is a pretty decent graphics card, but the most I could get out of it was low settings on 1200 x 768 resolution. Even on low, it looks pretty amazing, I'm too sad I couldn't see all of the graphics on a higher degree. When they ported the game from PS3, and Xbox 360, they also upped the graphics a little, so I couldn't see the game to the fullest awesomeness. While I was playing on Vista, which was a huge mistake, the operating system crashed, and I had to restart the game over again after I installed XP. The game runs much much better on XP, than Vista, as with all games I suppose.
The Bad.
There isn't much bad. The gameplay can get boring after a couple hours, because it gets very repetitive, but that goes with most games. Failing a mission and doing it again also is complete drag, because you can't cut scenes, and it gets very annoying. Also, when your really far into the game, and have alot of synchronization points, your almost overpowered, as jumping from very high places, you can still live, whereas when you just start the game, you die very easily. Also, the way Altair moves is just plain awkward, have you ever seen a normal human being run like that? Blegh.
The Good.
The first thing is the graphics obviously, I haven't played it, but I've seen it in action. The way objects are put into the game are great, because it looks natural, but enough to know that you can cling onto it. The storyline is also very confusing, but it also grasps you. All-in-all its a wonderful game.
My Future Expectations.
The ending is very very hanging. It just hits you, and everyone who pretty much beat the game can safely say "Yeah, there's gonna be a sequel". If there isn't I'll be pissed, because the sequel will be amazing, or at least I think it. I think that, with some tweaks the game would be a very good step stone for future games.
My rating for this game.
I give this wonderfully crafted game a 9 out of 10, because of the level of detail put into it.

Alright, I've been seeing many movies recently, so I gots to writes alots.
I saw The Dark Knight at 12:01 AM, so I was one of the very first people to see it, and that makes me happy, because it was worth it.
I'll be sure to add the movies I'll be reviewing. My next review will indefinitely be Assassins Creed, its been way too long, and I have finished the game, however I have not fulfilled the entire game, such as bonuses, flags, and such.
I bid you adue.

I found something in my backpack for high school, while emptying it, and I thought that it's probably worthy enough to be shared to the world. You might ask what it's about, it's about this imaginary land I came up with, called Aldavia, and in this land, all of this happens:
Practical jokes and incentives are of renowned consequences here in Aldavia. This land is purely belief and can exist anywhere you want it to. It's not a physical plane of existence, but mental, and of the strongest kind. Nothing can breach into the walls of this figurative land, for nothing knows where it is. It can come and go whenever you want it to. It's a perfect Utopian land with only you and whoever youy want to be in there. Everything you've dreamed of can finally be achieved. It's like a dream but it's not, it's imagination of the greatest kind. Imagine anything you want. This place is the Earth. No countries, religion, belief, poverty, culture, money, wants. No control. If you want it, you have it or you can have it. This is pure belief and can never be possible ion the real world., but some of those beliefs can be achieved. It's a place to go to, when you want to be, anything you can be.
Keep in mind I wrote this during my sophomore year, and I had quite an imagination back then, when I was all depressed and wrote methodical stuff about life. Comments are welcome.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, none of you really care that much anyway, but I'd just like to write something that just came to mind, that really does piss me off.
For you geeks, or nerds, and even regular people who use a computer, don't you ever hate it, absolutely hate it when your staring at the screen, for something to finish, and you see this:
"Less than one minute remaining"
" 0 >"
"0 seconds remaining"
"Finishing up"
It's so stupid, it's not necessary.
I mean, I've taken a couple computer courses myself, and all that's needed is some simple code, it's everywhere! Whether you are installing a program, operating system, logging into something, downloading, uploading, it's ridiculous! It just shouldn't be there, things in real life are timed appropriately, so why can't virtual things be as well?
I'll let it go that sometimes, they do get them right, like flash animations, such as newgrounds, or at least some installation files, but it's still ridiculous. It's not something that pisses me off to an extreme amount, but it's still annoying, and I'm a pretty patient person. I'm sure there are those who can't handle it sometimes, and don't even get me started on things freezing.
On a different chord, I'm still thinking up those reviews, and I just got a nice little game, called Civilization IV, and both expansions, Warlords, and Beyond The Sword, there really is no campaign mode or anything, but I'll be playing them online, and on LAN with my cousins probably.
As always, stay tuned.

Alright, sorry guys, it's been really hectic these last couple of days. I can't really find a job, but I've been looking and it's incredibly hard. I've also been to a lot of parties and stuff for the end of the year. There probably will be spoilers for you people who hate them, so beware. Alright, here's my review for Wanted. Go.
Review of "Wanted".
Plot Summary.
The plot is fairly simple. This guy hates his life, then he discovers that he has a "special ability" that allows for him to speed his heart in excess of 400 BPM, which gives him a really ungodly shot of adrenaline, which he can use to "slow things down" and grant him extra time to do things. There's also a plot twist because people lie to each other. Oh, and curving bullets.
The Good.
Alright the story is cliched but it's alright, so I'll put it under good. From the beginning I thought that the guy in the beginning who goes apeshit and kills everybody on the rooftop was his real father, turns out not, oh well. What I don't get is why he went so apeshit, I mean sure, there are guys shooting at you trying to kill you, but do you really have to fucking yell so loud, so attract the attention of all the people from the streets looking up at you wondering if it's God yelling at you? I like the action though, it's good, especially where he runs killing everyone when he breaks into the warehouse with the rats, it's fucking awesome. I also like the slow-motion usage, it's wonderful, and comical.
The Bad.
There's not much bad, but there shouldn't be in the first place if you think about it. I saw it twice, the first time was on release day with my friends, the second time was because of my other friend's birthday party, I didn't want to see it, but he paid for everyone's tickets, and he was my friend, so I naturally went to see it with them. The second time I saw it, I got incredibly bored, this is one of those movies I wouldn't want to watch a second or third time. I feel like Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman did a horrible job with their roles, it just didn't fit them. Fox [Angelina], was so plain, had almost no dialect, and was bloody thin as hell. Sloan [Morgan Freeman] usually never ever portrays a bad person, as you discover he was semi-evil at the end. Also just the curving of the bullets was like a little bit too much. Especially at the end where Fox shoots a bullet that can apparently penetrate over 5 people's skulls without stopping, and continuously going. You see the size of the bullet, and it's puny, not even a half an inch caliber bullet can go that long without stopping. And even so, is there something about Fox's skull that just magically stops the bullet? Why doesn't it continue going after? Although it was boring the second time, I got to see some foreshadows in the movie that I didn't notice, like with the rats and all, and the real father.
My Overall Thoughts.
This would go up into my Action Movies, but I would only watch it when I have friends over who haven't seen it. I'm glad I didn't pay the 10 dollars the second time around, as I wanted to get up and leave, but I stayed in respect to my friend. It's not a movie that keeps you on the edge, but it does entertain you here and there.
My Rating.
I give this decent movie a 7, no more no less, I feel the number is right, and only because I like the idea.
